Shipping & Delivery
We make every effort to ship your order promptly. Please inspect all items upon receipt to ensure correct quantity, color, etc. If you have any questions regarding the accuracy of your shipment, please notify us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call (925) 837-6575.
- Provided merchandise is in stock, items usually ship within 2–4 days of your order being confirmed and authorized.
- Special/custom orders and items not in stock require longer lead times; you will be informed via email if we experience a delay.
- We do not ship orders on Sundays and holidays.
- Unless otherwise specified, packages are shipped via UPS Ground.
- Please note that items shipped to a P.O. box require a recipient phone number.
- An email with a tracking number will be sent to you once your items have shipped.
- Oversize and heavier items will incur an additional shipping charge.
- Additional charges apply to all orders outside the contiguous United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders.
- Orders delivered within California will be subject to the appropriate sales tax for their jurisdiction.
- Orders delivered outside of California will not be charged sales tax.
