SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We make every effort to ship your order promptly. Please inspect all items upon receipt, to ensure correct quantity, color, etc. If you have any questions regarding the accuracy of your shipment, please notify us right away at info@mistolino.com, or call (925) 837-6575.

SHIPPING TIME

  • Provided merchandise is in stock, items usually ship within 2–4 days of your order being confirmed and authorized.
  • Special/custom orders and items not in stock require longer lead times; you will be informed via email if we experience a delay.
  • We do not ship orders on Sundays and holidays.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Unless otherwise specified, packages are shipped via UPS Ground.
  • Online orders totaling $250 or more (pre-tax) receive free shipping within the Continental United States.
  • Shipping is calculated upon checkout, based on weight and location.
  • Please note that items shipped to a P.O. Box require a recipient phone number.
  • An email with a tracking number will be sent to you once your items have shipped.

DELIVERY SURCHARGES

  • Oversize and heavier items will incur an additional shipping charge.
  • Additional charges will apply to international orders as well as orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

SALES TAX

  • Orders delivered within California will be subject to the appropriate sales tax for their jurisdiction.
  • Orders delivered outside of California will not be charged sales tax.

IN-STORE PICKUP

  • If you wish to pick up your items in one of our stores, please be sure to click on the appropriate button upon checkout.
