As with everything we do, we are committed to making sure that you love your purchases today, tomorrow and for years to come. We understand that there are times when you will want to return or exchange something and ask that you follow these simple guidelines.

  • Items returned with a receipt and within 14 days of receipt are eligible for a full refund in the form of original tender. No returns will be accepted after 60 days
  • Gift receipt refunds will be in the form of a store credit.
  • Some items, depending upon certain sizes, colors, etc., are subject to a 10% restocking fee if returned. You will be notified of this upon confirmation of your order.
  • Returned or exchanged items must be unused, unlaundered, and repackaged in their original packaging.
  • Shipping charges on returned or exchanged merchandise are not eligible for refund, with the exception of manufacturer defect.
  • For hygienic reasons, items such as bedding, bath linens/accessories, and personal care items cannot be returned or exchanged if used or opened, with the exception of manufacturer defect.
  • Returns or exchanges on Clearance, As Is or Final Sale merchandise are not eligible for refund.
  • Custom Orders: All special-orders including but not limited to, monogrammed, engraved, and personalized items, are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defect.
